Safety
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and not for human or veterinary use. Handle in accordance with your institution's chemical hygiene plan.
In Vitro
Antiviral agent 15 acts against rabies virus and SARS-CoV-2 proliferation: it targets the G or S protein to block viral membrane fusion, and binds the L protein or nsp13 to inhibit viral biosynthesis, respectively, which together produce a synergistic antiviral effect[1].
In Vivo
Kunming mice receive a single oral dose of Antiviral agent 15 at 0, 200, 400, 600, or 800 mg/kg, respectively. Over 7 days of close monitoring, all surviving mice had glossy hair, fleshy bodies, and good appetite[1].
