Compound Overview
BChE-IN-14 is a selective inhibitor of butyrylcholinesterase (BChE), with IC50 values of 0.23 μM for equine BChE and 0.011 μM for human BChE. It shows good blood-brain barrier permeation and primary cell safety, and it restores cognitive impairment in vivo, and can be used in Alzheimer's disease research[1]. Its molecular formula is C24H29N, with a molecular weight of 331.49 g/mol.
