BChE-IN-16 does not inhibit hAChE, with an IC50 value above 10 μM[1]. hBChE is competitively inhibited by BChE-IN-16, with a Ki value of 4.04 nM[1]. Cytotoxicity of BChE-IN-16 toward SH-SY5Y cells is shown by an IC50 value of 87.0 μM[1]. In HepG2 cells, BChE-IN-16 is cytotoxic with an IC50 value of 76.0 μM[1].
