Compound Overview

Bufrolin is a Cromoglycate (histamine release inhibitor) analog and a high-potency agonist of GPR35, promoting interactions between β-arrestin-2 and either human GPR35a or rat GPR35. It also functions as an antiallergic mast cell stabilizer that inhibits an anti-inflammatory response inducible by the internalization peptide, acting as an anti-inflammatory agent for research on pharmacological delivery linked with the internalization peptide[1][2][3]. It is supplied as a white to off-white solid (C18H16N2O6, MW 356.33) at 95.16% purity.
