In Vitro
Cholicamideβ (4-16 μM; 22 h) induces both apoptosis and necrosis in RAW264.7 cells[1].
In Vivo
In C57BL/6 mice immunized with split influenza vaccine, Cholicamideβ at 100 μg/mouse (tested after 16 h and 21 d) increases HA-specific IgG antibody titers and shows low toxicity[1].
