In Vivo

Clausine I (0.2 mg/mL; 3-minute pre-incubation with platelets) markedly inhibited aggregation of rabbit platelets induced by 100 μM arachidonic acid and 10 μg/mL collagen, but had no clear inhibitory effect on aggregation induced by 2 ng/mL platelet-activating factor[1].
