DB rabbit/mouse dual-HRP detection system is a polymer based secondary antibody: HRP conjugate, designed for application in immunohistochemistry. It can be used with prediluted and concentrated antibodies (produced in rabbit and/or mouse) from different manufacturers.

Kit Contents
HRP Rabbit/Mouse 100 ml ready-to-use solution containing secondary antibody conjugated with HRP, recognizing specifically rabbit and/or mouse IgG. Presented in buffered solution containing stabilizing protein and preservative.
Application Protocol
After incubating the tissue section with primary antibody and appropriate washing procedure, apply the DB detection system-rabbit/mouse dual, ready to use for 25-30 minutes.

The DB Detection System provides the polymer-based HRP-conjugated secondary detection component only, without a pre-packaged chromogen. This allows researchers flexibility to choose their own chromogenic substrate (DAB, AEC, or others) to suit their microscopy setup or multi-plex IHC design. The DB Detection Kit includes the complete DAB chromogen for a ready-to-use one-step workflow.
This system is compatible with standard HRP substrates including DAB (brown), AEC (red), and other commercially available HRP chromogens. Substrate compatibility should be confirmed with the chromogen manufacturer. Choose the chromogen based on your counterstaining requirements and any co-staining targets to ensure adequate color differentiation.
