Safety
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and not for human or veterinary use. Handle in accordance with your institution's chemical hygiene plan.
In Vitro
In human platelets, aggregation induced by 2 μM ADP is inhibited by Decuroside IV (0.1-1 μM) in both the primary and secondary waves, with a minimum effective concentration of 0.1 μM; inhibition of the primary wave is dose-dependent.
