Deltasonamide 1 can inhibit PDE6δ-KRas, with a KD of 203 pM[1]. Deltasonamide 1 binds PDE6δ through up to 7 hydrogen bonds, giving picomolar affinity[1]. Deltasonamide 1 strongly reduces proliferation[1].
