Compound Overview
DETQ is a selective, allosteric, orally active potentiator of the dopamine D1 receptor. In HEK293 cells expressing the human D1 receptor, it increases cAMP with an EC50 of 5.8 nM and a Kb of 26 nM; it is roughly 30-fold less potent at the rat and mouse D1 receptors and inactive at the human D5 receptor[1]. Its molecular formula is C22H25Cl2NO3, with a molecular weight of 422.34 g/mol.

In Vivo
In male humanized D1 receptor knock-in mice, a single i.p. dose of DETQ (10 mg/kg) ameliorates subchronic Phencyclidine-induced deficits in object recognition memory and enhances cortical acetylcholine efflux[2].
