In MDA-MB-468 cells, DNA-PK-IN-10 lowers viability with an IC50 of 11.2 nM[1].
In Vivo
In mice inoculated with NCI-H1703 cells, DNA-PK-IN-10 (30 mg/kg; administered twice a day) significantly suppresses tumor growth and is well tolerated[1].
