Scientific Background
Endo S is an endoglycosidase specific for cleaving the N-linked glycans from the chitobiose core of the heavy chain of native IgG.
Product Description
This recombinant preparation of EndoS hydrolyses the chitobiose core of N-linked glycans on the IgG heavy chain. It is produced in E. coli and supplied at >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Typical use is releasing and profiling N-linked glycans in glycoprotein and biologics analysis.
