Product Overview
EntiLink™ PCR Master Mix (Red) is a ready-to-use conventional PCR master mix solution containing Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTP mix, MgCl2, and optimized buffer system. The amplification can be performed by adding primers and templates during the reaction, which greatly simplifies the operation steps of the experiment. The product contains cresol red, and the PCR product can be directly electrophoresed. This product contains excellent stabilizer and can be stored for 3 months at 4°C. PCR products have 3'-dA overhangs for easy cloning into T-vectors.
A 50 µL reaction is assembled from 25 µL of master mix, 1 µL of each 10 µM primer, a moderate amount of template and ddH2O to 50 µL. Recommended template amounts are 50–200 ng of genomic DNA or 0.1–10 ng of plasmid DNA. Cycling is pre-denaturation at 94°C for 1–5 min, 35 cycles of 94°C for 30 sec, 50–60°C for 30 sec and 72°C for 30 sec/kb (60 sec/kb for gene cloning), and a final extension at 72°C for 10 min.
