Product Overview
EnTurbo™ SYBR Green PCR SuperMix is an optimized 2× real-time PCR master mix containing HotStarTaq DNA Polymerase, SYBR Green® fluorescent dye, dNTP and Mg2+. In addition, the balanced K+ and NH4+ ion ratios in the buffer promote specific primer annealing. To ensure a highly sensitive and specific PCR reaction, the reaction can be initiated by simply adding the primer and cDNA template to the ready-to-use PCR master mix. The unique PCR buffer ensures sensitive qPCR on all real-time PCR instruments without optimization.
The documented pack is 20 µL × 500 rxn, which corresponds to the 5 mL option and contains 4 × 1.25 mL of SuperMix with a stand-alone 50× ROX Dye and RNase-Free ddH2O; it is used for gene expression analysis and absolute quantitative analysis. Input per 20 µL reaction is 10 pg–1 ng of cDNA; for plasmid or genomic DNA the input is 100 pg–1 ng, or 10–10⁷ copies. The manual reports a Ct value range of 5–35, single-digit copy detection and run time reduced by 50%.
