Product Overview
EnTurbo™ SYBR Green PCR SuperMix is an optimized 2× real-time PCR master mix containing HotStarTaq DNA Polymerase, SYBR Green® fluorescent dye, dNTP and Mg2+. In addition, the balanced K+ and NH4+ ion ratios in the buffer promote specific primer annealing. To ensure a highly sensitive and specific PCR reaction, the reaction can be initiated by simply adding the primer and cDNA template to the ready-to-use PCR master mix. The unique PCR buffer ensures sensitive qPCR.
In this version Low ROX is premixed in the master mix. Input per reaction is 10 pg–1 ng of cDNA; for genomic DNA or plasmid the input is 100 pg–1 ng, or 10–10⁷ copies. Reactions are run in 10 µL, 20 µL or 50 µL with primers at 0.2 µM final concentration, and the manual reports a Ct value range of 5–35 with single-digit copy detection.
