Assay Principle
Tribioscience’s Fast Human AD7c NTP ELISA is designed to quantitatively detect human AD7c NTP levels in serum, plasma, and other biological samples. The main feature is that the kit uses our novel proprietary approaches to combine samples and detections into a one-step instead of the complicated traditional methods. It makes the assay simple, easy, accurate, and fast. The Hands-on time can be within 2 hours, with no need for 4-5 hours (Fig. 1). The detection range is from 15 to 1000 ng/mL. The levels of human AD7c NTP samples are parallel to the standard curves obtained using the kit standards linearly. Therefore, the kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural human AD7c NTP protein.
Typical Data This standard curve (R 2 =1.000) is provided for demonstration only. A standard curve should be generated for each set of samples assayed. Fig. 3 is an example of typical Data.
Sensitivity The minimum detectable dose (MOD) of human is typically 10 ng/ml.
Fast Human AD7C NTP ELISA Kit is a Solid-phase sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of AD7C NTP. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target. Target present in the sample or standard binds the immobilized antibody, is detected with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP, and quantified colorimetrically against a standard curve.
Kit Components
The kit provides a pre-coated microplate, target standard for standard-curve generation, detection reagents (detection antibody and enzyme conjugate), wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. Refer to the product datasheet for the complete component list and quantities.

Safety & Handling
This kit is validated for serum, plasma. Other matrices may require additional in-lab validation.
This assay has a sensitivity of 10 ng/mL and a detection range of 15–1000 ng/mL. Samples reading outside the range should be diluted or concentrated.
The kit provides a pre-coated microplate, target standard for standard-curve generation, detection reagents (detection antibody and enzyme conjugate), wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. See the datasheet for the full component list and quantities.
A standard microplate reader capable of measuring absorbance at 450 nm is required for this sandwich ELISA.
