Compound Overview
FLT3-IN-20 is a potent FLT3 inhibitor with IC50 values of 1 nM against FLT3-D835Y and 4 nM against FLT3-ITD. It shows anti-proliferative efficacy in FLT3-ITD-positive AML cell lines MV4-11 and MOLM-13 (7 nM and 9 nM, respectively) and in the MOLM-13 variant bearing the FLT3-ITD-D835Y mutation (4 nM), and can be used in cancer research[1]. It has the molecular formula C28H33N7O2S and a molecular weight of 531.67 g/mol.
