Validated Applications
- Flow Cytometry
Assay conditions: One million NCAM1 CHO recombinant cells (BPS Bioscience #78352>) were blocked and stained with 1 µg of anti-NCAM1 antibody, PE-labeled (BPS Bioscience #101673) for 30 minutes on ice, washed three times, and analyzed by flow cytometry. NCAM1 CHO recombinant cells (green) were compared to parental CHO-K1 cells (blue). Y-axis is the cell count. X-axis is PE intensity.

This antibody should be stored at the indicated temperature to maintain stability. Store at At least 6 months at 4°C. Protect from prolonged exposure to light. DO NOT FREEZE. The antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C.. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can reduce antibody performance and increase aggregation. Centrifuge briefly after thawing and keep on ice during use.
