Compound Overview
hCA/VEGFR-2-IN-3, an indolinonylbenzenesulfonamide is a potential dual inhibitor of cancer-associated hCA IX/XII and VEGFR-2. It inhibits VEGFR-2 with an IC50 of 358 nM and binds hCAs with Ki values of 4.2 nM (hCA IX), 22.9 nM (hCA II), 25.1 nM (hCA I) and 28.0 nM (hCA XII), and shows antiproliferative activity against VEGFR-2-overexpressing breast cancer cells[1]. It has the molecular formula C24H28N6O6S and a molecular weight of 528.58 g/mol.
