Usage Notes
Supplied as 1 vial contains at least 2×10^6 cells in 1 ml freeze medium. Thaw rapidly at 37 °C, transfer to pre-warmed complete growth medium, and maintain under standard mammalian culture conditions (37 °C, 5% CO₂). Maintain Puromycin selection to preserve stable expression. Expand and re-cryopreserve early-passage stocks.
