Description

The HieffTM Blood RNA Kit is suitable for the extraction of RNA from samples such as blood, plasma, serum, and lymph fluid. The silica-based material used in the centrifugal adsorption column is a unique new material developed by our company. It, combined with our unique lysis buffer formulation, allows for the maximum recovery of high-purity RNA. The extracted RNA has high purity, stable and reliable quality, and can be used for various downstream applications, such as RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, in vitro transcription, molecular cloning, etc.

Six 250  μL fresh blood samples were extracted using 19241 and M brand kits, with RNA eluted in 50 μL RNase-free water. 1  μL of each eluate was used to measure RNA concentration.

Result: 19241 showed higher RNA yield.

Six 250 μL fresh blood samples were extracted using 19241 and M brand kits, with RNA eluted in 50 μL RNase-free water. 5 μL of each eluate was analyzed for RNA integrity and band intensity.
Result: RNA extracted with 19241 showed better integrity and clearer bands.
