1 μg of total RNA from various plants was used to construct RNA libraries with the YEASEN Dual-mode RNA Library Prep Kit (Cat#12308) and rRNA Depletion Kit (Cat#12254). The percentage of rRNA reads before and after depletion was calculated to evaluate the rRNA removal efficiency.

Library preparation was performed using 12254 and RNA Library Preparation Kit (Cat#12308, with strand-specific protocols) on various plant sample types(Input RNA: 10 ng to 1 μg). The rRNA residual rate remained consistently low.
