Hieff NGS™ OnePot Flash DNA Library Prep Kit (Enzymatic)

Hieff NGS^TM One Pot Flash DNA Library PrepKit is a rapid enzymatic DNA library kit，witch contains high quality enzyme for DNA fragmentation and combines DNA fragmentation, end-repair, and dA-tailing into one step, which reduce time significantly and cost of library preparation.

This library prep kit compatible with 100 pg-500 ng samples of all common animals, plants, microorganisms, etc. And quickly realize DNA fragmentation, terminal repair and A-tail addition reaction.The kit needs to be matched with adapters and primers, and is compatible with Illumina^TM and MGI^TM high-throughput sequencing platforms.

(A) Left: Libraries were prepared using the Flash OnePot DNA Library Prep Kit (Cat#12316) with 100 pg to 500 ng of ZymoBIOMICS Microbial DNA Standards(Cat# D6306), showing excellent performance across input amounts.

(B) Right: The kit is compatible with unpurified cDNA inputs from 10 ng to 500 ng.

Libraries were prepared from 10 ng of ZymoBIOMICS Microbial DNA Standard (Cat# D6306) using the Flash OnePot DNA Library Kit (Cat#12316). Libraries were pooled and sequenced on an Illumina MiSeq (2 ×150 bp). The detected microbial composition closely matched the expected proportions. Expected composition: Cryptococcus neoformans 2%, Saccharomyces cerevisiae 2%, Bacillus subtilis 12%, Escherichia coli 12%, Enterococcus faecalis 12%, Lactobacillus fermentum 12%, Listeria monocytogenes 12%, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 12%, Staphylococcus aureus 12%, and Salmonella enterica 12%.
