Description
The HieffTM Plant Plus RNA Kit adopts HieffTM RNA Column and a new solution system, which is suitable for extracting high-purity and high-quality total RNA from plant tissue samples rich in polysaccharides and polyphenols. The operation is simple, and the total RNA can be extracted in 30 min. The DNA-Removing Column in the kit can easily adsorb and remove genomic DNA, while the HieffTM RNA Column can efficiently bind RNA, and the extracted total RNA has high purity, which can be used in various molecular biology experiments such as RT-PCR, Real-Time PCR, molecular cloning and RNase protection analysis.

High RNA purity: DNase I column digestion can effectively remove gDNA.
