Hieff Unicon™ Pure Pro U+ qPCR Mix（One Tube）is a fluorescent quantitative pre-mixed solution employing the company 's new-generation antibody-based hot-start Taq enzyme. It is specifically designed for multi-template DNA qPCR amplification systems. Utilizing Yesean's special bacterial control system, this product can effectively reduce contamination from host (E.coli) DNA and environmentally introduced background bacterial DNA (such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, and human genome) to a certain extent. This product has good universality and supports fast programs and fully premixed forms.
