Hifair™ AdvanceFast 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis SuperMix for qPCR (gDNA Digester Plus) is an upgraded version of the Hifair™ III SuperMix with enhanced inhibitor tolerance, faster reverse transcription speed, and higher cDNA yield. The upgraded gDNA Digester Mix-V2 effectively digests up to 1,000 ng residual genomic DNA. Total workflow time is approximately 7 minutes (5-min RT step). Suitable for RNA from animals, plants, and microorganisms.

This kit completes reverse transcription in approximately 5 minutes, for a total workflow time of approximately 7 minutes including the gDNA digestion step. Standard reagents require approximately 17 minutes for the equivalent workflow — a reduction of more than 50% in hands-on and total reaction time.

gDNA Digester Mix-V2 has significantly improved genomic DNA removal efficiency, capable of effectively digesting up to 1,000 ng of residual DNA per reaction. This substantially improves performance when working with RNA preparations containing high levels of genomic DNA contamination.

This kit is validated to detect as low as 10 pg of total RNA input, enabling quantification of low-abundance targets from limited biological samples such as rare cell populations, microdissected tissue, or single cells (with appropriate pre-amplification).

Compatible with RNA from animals (mammalian, avian, fish), plants, and microorganisms. Validated across diverse RNA sources including tissue, cultured cells, blood, and plant material.

Store at −25 to −15°C for up to 1 year. The kit is shipped on dry ice to maintain reagent integrity during transit.
