Overview
HLA-DRB Antibody is an antibody targeting HLA-DRB. Host: Rabbit. Monoclonal. Clone: HLA-DRB/7795R. Format: Purified. Applications: WB, IHC-P.
Key elements and design rationale
- Target: HLA-DRB.
- Immunogen: Recombinant full-length human HLA-DRB1 protein was used as the immunogen for the HLA-DRB antibody..
- Species reactivity: Human.
- Localization: Cell surface.
- Conjugate: Unconjugated (no label listed).
Biological background (from provided description)
This mAb reacts with a 28kDa chain of HLA-DRB1 antigen, a member of MHC class II molecules. It does not cross react with HLA-DP and HLA-DQ. The L243 antibody recognizes a different epitope than the LN3 monoclonal antibody, and these antibodies do not cross-block binding to each other's respective epitopes.
Common research applications
- WB: relative abundance and band pattern assessment using appropriate controls.
- IHC: tissue distribution assessment; interpret with matched controls.
Notes for experimental interpretation
- Account for isoforms, paralogs, and post-translational modifications when interpreting signal.
- Support specificity with biological controls (e.g., KO/KD where available) and technical controls (e.g., secondary-only/isotype).
Customization & Add-ons: Can’t find the antibody you need—or require a custom format for your assay? We can help you source the best match or support custom antibody solutions for diverse research needs, including species and isotype selection, conjugations and labeling (e.g., HRP/AP, biotin, fluorophores), purification grade options (Protein A/G, affinity purified), formulation preferences (buffer selection, carrier-free, glycerol-free), custom concentrations and aliquoting, low-endotoxin options for cell-based work, and application-focused QC/validation support (project dependent).
