What sample types are compatible?
This Human Super-X Plex™ 20-plex assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and cell lysate samples. A species-matched Sample Diluent Kit (DKH100 (Human/Primate Serum/Plasma)) must be ordered separately.
What instrument is required?
A flow cytometer capable of detecting PE fluorescence is required. The assay is compatible with Luminex-based platforms and standard flow cytometers with bead-based multiplex detection capability.
What analytes are included in this panel?
IL-1B, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-10, IL-11, IL-12p70, IL-15, IL-17A, IL-18 IL-21, IL-25, IL-32, IL-33, IL-34, 6Ckine, RANTES, TECK.
How much sample is needed per test?
15 µL per test. 96 tests kit provides sufficient reagents for a full standard curve plus samples.

- Analyte selection: Access to the full Super-X Plex™ catalog, including analytes not listed online. If your target is not shown, contact us — additional cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, and soluble receptors may be available.
- Species expansion: Custom assay development for species beyond the standard catalog (Equine, Feline, Porcine, Bovine, and others) may be available upon inquiry.
- Sample matrix compatibility: Assays are validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and cell lysate. Custom matrix validation or adjusted diluent formulations can be explored for non-standard sample types.
