Human DNA polymerase theta is an anticancer drug target. This kit measures its ATPase activity, using a DNA substrate and ATP.

The only difference is the enzyme: HDPQ100KE includes 33 µl of 100 x human DNA polymerase theta N-terminal domain, while HDPQ100K has the same buffer, DNA, ATP and dye without it.
