Isotype ControlHuman IgG1-kappa-[scFv-heavy-kappa]2 Recombinant Isotype Control Antibody (SAA2439) is a monoclonal isotype control antibody (clone SAA2439). Isotype control antibodies match the host species, isotype and conjugate of a test antibody but are directed against an antigen absent from the sample, providing a measure of non-specific background binding (Fc-receptor interactions, non-specific membrane adhesion) in immunoassays.
Use this control alongside human-derived IgG1-kappa-[scFv-heavy-kappa]2 primary antibodies to set gating and background thresholds.
