Scientific Background
Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is the causative agent of AIDS. HIV uses the CD4 receptor and CCR5/CXCR4 co-receptors for cell entry via the viral envelope glycoprotein (Env). Safe pseudovirus tools for HIV entry research enable anti-HIV drug screening and antibody neutralization studies without requiring live HIV cultures.
Product Description
HIV
This HA-HIV VLP is a hybrid alpha-pseudovirus assembled from HIV structural proteins with an alphavirus-derived reporter RNA payload. Available with Firefly luciferase, GFP, or RFP reporter.
