Features & Benefits

50kD or 25kD protein detection on Western blots after Immunoprecipitation is often suffered from heavy or light chain blotting contamination. Abbkine's IPKine™ products solve these problems through less background noise, and enhanced accuracy. Their light chain/Fc fragment specific optimization will eliminate heavy/light chain interference, while serum proteins absorbed minimize cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species which may be present on blots.

Background

Abbkine secondary antibodies are available conjugated to enzyme, biotin or fluorophore for use in a variety of antibody-based applications including Western Blot, ImmunoHistoChemistry, ImmunoFluorescence, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. We offer high quality secondary antibodies from goat, rabbit and donkey sources for your each application.

Others

The antibody reacts with Fc portion of rabbit IgG heavy chain, while it doesn’t react with the Fab portion of rabbit IgG. It's cross-reaction with human serum proteins has been specialized minimized, while it may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species. It has no reactivity on non-immunoglobulin serum proteins
