Compound Overview

iso-Dehydrozingerone is a dehydrozingerone analog that shows moderate in vitro cytotoxic activity against human tumor cells, with IC50 values of 10.0 μg/mL, 8.2 μg/mL and greater than 10 μg/mL against human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells, multidrug-resistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells and human lung cancer cells, respectively. It can be used in studies of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, multidrug-resistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma and lung cancer[1]. It has the molecular formula C11H12O3 and a molecular weight of 192.21 g/mol.
