Compound Overview

LBM-415, also known as NVP-PDF 713 or VIC-104959, is a peptide deformylase (PDF) inhibitor with inhibitory activity against various antimicrobial-resistant gram-positive cocci, showing a MIC90 range of 0.12-8 μg/ml. Inhibition of efflux pump activity can further enhance bacterial sensitivity to it, improving its antibacterial efficacy[1]. It has the molecular formula C18H25FN4O5 and a molecular weight of 396.41 g/mol.
