For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and not for human or veterinary use. Handle in accordance with your institution's chemical hygiene plan.
In Vivo
In CD-1 mice, rapid clearance in muscle, spleen and liver follows i.m. administration of Lipid M (50 μL of LNP-formulated luciferase mRNA containing 2 μg)[1]. In cynomolgus monkeys, i.m. administration of Lipid M (300 μL of LNP-formulated IgG mRNA containing 500 μg) produces serum antibody expression comparable with that obtained from MC3-based LNPs[1].
