Maleimide Plates are ideal for assays that require site-directed orientation of specific biomolecules. The surface of these plates provides an effective platform for binding biomolecules with free sulfhydryl groups, such as peptides containing a terminal cysteine or thiol-containing haptens, as well as reducible disulfide bonds. These plates address challenges associated with coating these biomolecules onto standard polystyrene surfaces, offering enhanced binding and assay performance.

Maleimide Coated 96 Well Plates are pre-blocked in order to minimize any non-specific binding and to ensure long-term stability.
