Compound Overview

MX107 is a selective, potent survivin inhibitor that suppresses proliferation of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells. It induces degradation of survivin and inhibitor-of-apoptosis proteins (IAPs), thereby inhibiting DNA-damage-induced activation of nuclear factor κB (NF-κB), and it enhances the tumoricidal efficacy of genotoxic treatments when combined with chemotherapeutic drugs[1]. It has the molecular formula C24H28N2O2 and a molecular weight of 376.49 g/mol.
