nAChR modulator-2 inhibits three major pests, with EC90 values of 200 mg/L against larvae of the banded cucumber beetle Diabrotica balteata, 3.12 mg/L against the green peach aphid M. persicae, and 200 mg/L against the cotton leafworm Spodoptera littoralis[1].
