Biological Activity
NC9 is an irreversible inhibitor of transglutaminase 2 (TG2) and also inhibits Factor XIIIA (FXIIIA).

Try the following steps: (1) warm the DMSO solvent to 37–50 °C before adding the compound; (2) vortex vigorously for 30 seconds then bath-sonicate for 1–2 minutes; (3) if still undissolved, prepare a more dilute stock.
