Inhibitors

Compound Overview

NDNA4 is a selective inhibitor of Hsp90α, with an IC50 of 0.34 μM. As a permanently charged analog it shows low membrane permeability and low cytotoxicity toward Ovcar-8 and MCF-10A cells (IC50 >100 μM), and it prevents disruption of hERG channel maturation without triggering a heat shock response or degrading Hsp90α-dependent client proteins[1]. It has the molecular formula C31H35F3N2O5S and a molecular weight of 604.68 g/mol.
