How to interpret here: Split the kit on arrival: file the bulk at -20°C and move the designated enzyme component to -80°C, keeping a note of both locations.

Tip: Aliquot the ultra-low component before first freezing so that later sessions do not thaw the whole tube, since each thaw costs activity that cannot be recovered.
