Compound Overview
NNMT-IN-3 is a potent, selective inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT), with IC50 values of 1.1 nM in a cell-free assay and 0.4 μM in a cell-based assay. It can be used in the research of diseases such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cancer[1]. It is supplied as an off-white to light yellow solid (C34H34ClN7O, MW 592.13).
