Product Overview
The Nucleic Acid Binding Blocker blocks non-specific binding on ProFoldin 96-well DNA-binding and protein-binding plates when the second molecule in a binding experiment is a nucleic acid. It is supplied as a 200 x stock that is diluted 200-fold in low-salt buffer before use.
In the plate protocols, the wells are blocked with 1 x blocker in low-salt buffer after the first molecule has been bound, and before the nucleic acid partner is added.
