NuPure beads utilizes magnetic bead technology and an optimized buffer system for high-throughput purification of DNA and RNA fragments of a desired length. NuPure beads are uniform and stable for tunable and highly consistent DNA and RNA reaction purification and size selection in next-generation sequencing library preparation or other molecular biology workflows. The purification procedure is highly flexible to a variety of automation platforms because it utilizes magnetic separation and requires no centrifugation or vacuum filtration. The design enables faster binding, with high sensitivity and selectivity, in both manual and automated application.>

NuPure Beads are uniform, superparamagnetic magnetic beads designed for tunable DNA and RNA purification and fragment size selection using an optimized buffer system. By adjusting the bead-to-sample volume ratio, researchers can select for specific fragment length ranges — analogous to AMPure XP beads. No centrifugation or vacuum filtration is required.
Purified DNA and RNA from NuPure Beads are suitable for next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation, PCR and qPCR, size selection of restriction digests, adapter-ligated library cleanup, and other molecular biology workflows requiring high-purity, fragment-specific nucleic acid.
The bead:sample volume ratio determines the minimum fragment size retained. Higher ratios (e.g., 1.8×) recover short fragments; lower ratios (e.g., 0.7×–0.9×) select for larger fragments. Detailed ratio guidance and optimization data are provided in the product protocol (see Documents).
Yes — NuPure Beads use magnetic separation and require no centrifugation or filtration, making them highly compatible with standard 96-well magnetic plates and automation platforms. Consistent bead uniformity ensures reproducible separation times across automated runs.
