Para-Naphthol Duloxetine is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI),is a metabolite of Duloxetine.

For cell-based assays, keep the final DMSO concentration below 0.1% (v/v) to avoid solvent-induced cytotoxicity.
Inhibitors are typically dissolved in DMSO to prepare a concentrated stock solution. Please store at -80°C and aliquot the product to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For short-term use within one week, aliquots can be stored at 4°C. When diluting in experiments, PBS, physiological saline, culture medium, and water are commonly used. (Note: In cell experiments, the final concentration of DMSO should not exceed 0.1%. If it exceeds 0.1%, it's necessary to conduct a negative control experiment during preliminary test to assess any potential effects of the solvent on cells.)
