Platyphylloside (3.1-125 μg/mL; 5 days) has anti-influenza activity against H9N2 avian influenza virus, with an EC50 of 105.0 μM[1]. In chicken embryo fibroblast (CEF) cells, Platyphylloside displays low cytotoxicity, with a CC50 > 525 μM[1].
