The PNGase F is a recombinant enzyme expressed in yeast, which can cleave high mannoses, heterozygotes, and complex oligosaccharide proteins linked by asparagine. The cleavage site of PNGase F is the amide bond between N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) and asparagic acid residue on the inner side of the glycoprotein, and the aspartyl on the enzymatic hydrolysis protein is converted to aspartic acid. This product has a His tag and is often used for complete deglycosylation of antibodies and their related proteins.

Shipping and Storage
The products are shipped with dry ice and can be stored at -15℃ ~ -25℃ for one year.
Store this enzyme at -20°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve catalytic activity. The product is shipped Dry Ice and remains stable for up to one year from the date of manufacture when stored under recommended conditions. Aliquoting the stock solution into single-use volumes is recommended for enzymes used infrequently to minimize thermal cycling of the bulk stock.
This enzyme is validated for use in Protein Research applications. It is suitable for use in both standard laboratory research settings and, where applicable, optimized reaction workflows requiring high specificity, sensitivity, or throughput.
One unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme that catalyzes the release of 1 µmol of product per minute at 37°C from a defined glycoprotein or oligosaccharide substrate under standard assay conditions.
This enzyme is produced as Recombinant (E. coli) and supplied as a Research Use Only (RUO) reagent. Each lot is subjected to activity assay, purity assessment by SDS-PAGE, and functional validation prior to release. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) are available on request.
PNGase F cleaves between the innermost GlcNAc and asparagine of all N-linked glycans regardless of glycan complexity. Endo H cleaves only high-mannose and hybrid-type N-glycans at the chitobiose core, enabling differentiation of ER-retained from Golgi-processed glycoproteins. Endo S is an IgG-specific endoglycosidase that cleaves N-glycans from the Fc region of IgG antibodies, useful in antibody engineering and glycan remodeling workflows.
