For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and not for human or veterinary use. Handle in accordance with your institution's chemical hygiene plan.
In Vitro
"S" denotes sepharose-bound PKI (Purvalanol B)[1]. Pull-down experiments on HeLa cell lysates are run to determine the effects of PK inhibitor loadings of 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, and 50%. Higher bead loadings (75 and 100%) are precluded from examination by limited compound solubility and poor reproducibility of the synthesis results. In this study, a loading of 50% is the highest feasible[1].
