Proteinase K is a broad-specificity serine protease. This kit supplies a ready assay buffer and substrate for measuring proteinase K activity.
Kit vs Kit Plus
Both formats contain the same buffer and substrate reagents for 100 assays. The only difference is that the Kit Plus (PKA100KE) also includes 50 µl of 100 x proteinase K.
