Product Overview
Quenching Buffer is a Research Reagent from Ocean NanoTech.
Quenching Buffer contains a quencher to deactived reaction groups on the particle surface. Selecting a proper quencher not only suppresses beads binding capacity but also reduce nonspecific binding, resulting in increased signal/noise ratio of assays.
Safety & Handling
For Research Use Only (RUO). Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use and follow all applicable safety protocols.
Quenching Buffer is a component reagent designed for use in nanoparticle preparation, surface functionalization, or conjugation protocols. It is intended for use as part of a defined workflow; consult the product data sheet or associated kit protocol for the specific step and recommended concentration.
Store this reagent as specified in the product data sheet. In general, conjugation buffers and nanoparticle reagents should be stored at 2–8°C away from direct light. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles unless explicitly stated to be compatible with freezing. Confirm lot-specific storage conditions on the label or accompanying documentation.
